Our firm provides CAD drafting services for contractors in the construction industry: residential buildings, schools, hospitals, offices, governmental and more. MEP Drawings and BIM Coordination for all trades: Ductwork, HVAC piping, Plumbing, Fire Protection and Electrical. We generate PDF coordinated drawings, provide CAD shop drawings compatible with AutoCAD™ under DWG format and our MEP coordination / clash detection services are done via Autodesk Navisworks™.
BIM Coordination
We now always generate a minimum of BIM LOD 300 for all our projects to ensure the accuracy of coordination, up to a BIM LOD 500 including materials lists and spools. We create 3D models for all MEP and FP trades, as well as architectural and structural based on our study of the contract drawings. Modeling services help visualizing complex areas and facilitate the collaboration with other contractors working on that same project.
