Getting started

Congratulations on your new job award! We’re glad you chose us for coordinating your project.

Ready to get started? Here is what we need:

Latest contract drawing sets in PDF: Architectural, Structural, MEPF Trades;
Latest CAD files for all the above (when available);
3D structural and architectural models from the Architect and Engineer teams (when available);
Approved submittals;
Specifications document.

We like to make it easy for everyone collaborating on the same project. We recommend the following software:

Free 3D viewer: Navisworks Freedom™ (download the latest version to avoid compatibility issues);
Free PDF viewer: BlueBeam™, we highly recommend the 30-day trial for documents edits and markups. Once your trial expires, you’ll still be able to review PDF documents;
File Sharing: Dropbox™ and Google Drive™, make sure that you send us a list of all your team members who will be working on the project.
